To request an exchange or return of an item, you must:
1. Check the reasons and terms of exchange;
2. Check the forms of return of the product;
3. Choose a form of restitution;
4. Make your request in our call center. In case the product reaches our distribution center without the authorization of our plant, the item may be refused.

You may return a product or exchange it for the following reasons:

Repentance or cancellation of purchase
If you regret or desist from the purchase, you may cancel the order and return the amounts paid. Cancellation can be made before the delivery has left our distribution center.
If you have already received the purchase, be assured, you will have up to 7 (seven) calendar days after the delivery to make the request. For this, the product must be in its original packaging, with no indication of use and with all items and accessories received.

Defect on product received
In case of defect of the item, be aware of the following situations:
Unused Product: If you received an item and before you used it you noticed some manufacturing defect, you will have 15 (Quize) days after delivery to make the exchange request. For this, the product must be in its original packaging, with no indication of use and with all items or accessories received.
Product after use: If you have received an item and after use it has presented some kind of manufacturing defect, you will have 7 (seven) days running after the delivery to make the exchange request. If the defect has been caused by problems in use or misuse, you will lose the warranty.
If our exchange or return term has expired and your product is defective, you should contact the manufacturer of the product. In some cases, you will find specific information about the warranty period of the supplier and how to contact him at the product warranty term. Faults in the product received or tampered packaging
The handling and transport of our products are carried out in a safe way, in order to guarantee the original quality of the product. If the delivery is damaged or the packaging is violated, you must refuse the purchase upon receipt and inform our call center.

Our deliveries go through a strict quality control before being sent, but in case of mistake, you will have 7 (seven) calendar days after the

delivery to make the exchange request, the product must be in its original packaging, with no indication of use and with all items or accessories received.

Ways to return a product
Refusal on delivery: At the time of delivery, inform the carrier of the reason for refusal. Your product will be returned to our distribution center. It is of extreme importance you to communicate our call center about this refusal, if you have not already done so;
Product post: After requesting the return of a product in our service center, you will receive by email a post code. This code will allow you to send us the goods, via Post Office, at no cost. This is the fastest way to return to our distribution center;
In all of the above, the time to return the product to our distribution center may vary. This will basically depend on the zip code and the delivery / collection region of the order.
 
Forms of restitution
 Exchange coupon: You can opt for a coupon exchange. With it you can buy a new item of the same or higher value, paying the difference with a current payment method.
Card Rebate: Exclusive for credit card orders. The chargeback period will follow the rules of the card administrator. It may take one to two invoices to appear for credit, depending on the due date of your invoice.
Refund to current account: For orders paid in cash, the purchase price can be refunded in a current account, which is the same as the person responsible for the request (identical CPF). The repayment term will depend on the correct information of the data and will follow the rules of the bank receiving the credit.
The refund of the value will only be processed after the return of the return by our quality control department. The term for the release may be up to 15 (fifteen) business days after the receipt at our distribution center.
